Transport, Correction, and Reaction Dynamics in Congested Pedestrian Flows

This work extends an initial model of pedestrian crossing in a congested area by introducing richer dynamics for the two interacting populations. We successively consider transport mechanisms, sandpile‑type correction dynamics, and a reaction coupling, allowing us to capture a wider diversity of collective dynamics in high‑density conditions.
