Nonlocal drift-diffusion model of cell-cell interaction modelling yeast polarization

Quand : 3 juin 2026 à 10:30

Où : IHP, 11 rue Pierre et Marie Curie, Paris 5e

Organisé par : Institut Henri Poincaré

In this talk, we will consider a model for the dialog between two cells that emit pheromons and react to each other emission. We will focus in particular on some critical mass phenomenon that can be involved, reminiscent of blow up results in Keller Segel like models. This is joint work with Vincent Calvez, Nicolas Meunier and Nicolas Muller
